It’s unclear golden with a huge, long lasting white head. The aroma has mild notes of yeast, fruit and wheat. The sweet flavor has notes of mild yeast, fruit and wheat - it’s a truly nice alcohol free weiss bier, if you told me this was a leichte weisse I definitely would have believed it - nice one, I could drink a lot of this one!

Gelb-bräunliches Weizen mit viel Schaum. Bananig und hefig im Aroma. Fruchtig-malzig auch im Geschmack. Erst an der leichten Säuerlichkeit im Abgang merkt man, dass es ein bleifreies HW ist, aber sonst à la bonne heure!

Bottle. Golden-orange colour with a white head. Aroma is wheat, fruit, metallic. Flavour is wheat, fruit, metallic, grain. Boring beer.

Hazy medium orange color with grey notes, a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, light moderate yeasty, rubber, yeast, paper. Flavor is light moderate sweet with a average duration,acrid malt - yeast. Body is light to medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110320]

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. An unclear, golden-orange beer with a fine, dense, off-white head. The aroma is a bit bready and grainy, there’s banana, bubble gum and cloves too, but not enough. The same goes for the flavor, too much focus on bready grains. It feels papery and cardboardy on the palate, sort of unpleasant carbonation and thin body. Not very successful. 110320

Bottle. Banana aroma, slightly grainy. Standard Alkoholfrei wheat beer, but OK.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Light estery wheat aroma. Flavour is dry and light acidic estery with a watery wheat note following. Not surprisingly quite thin. Mild cardboard note. Ends dry and flat.
