(bottle) pours a murky golden colour with a frothy white head and lots of ugly floaties. aroma of fermented peaches and earth, with a hint of floral hops, wheat and vanilla, a little clove as well. flavour is mostly wheat and light sweet spices, with more notes of peach and a hint of banana. medium-bodied with fizzy carbonation.

It’s unclear golden with a huge, creamy head and the aroma has mild notes of banana, yeast and wheat. The flavor is sweet with mild notes of yeast, banana and wheat, and the finish is slightly dry and spicy.

bottle from the Bavraina Forest. Almost, clear, only slightly hazy yellow, large white head. Wheaty malty base with some fruity flavours, hints of banana and citrus fruit.

Bottle by 29.02.12. Nose of heavy esters with yeast slime. Clearish golden body with a richly dense white head. Bittersweet taste is balanced, very crisp, aggressive medium body seems full and there’s almost some numbing when the wheat moves to coat the tongue. Refreshing and I like the bite. Doesn’t agree with the commercial description at all.

Dorée brumeuse touche orangée, mousse blanche.
Arôme ester fruité avec note moyenne de malt
Bière fruitée avec note de froment avec une effervescence moyenne voire faible, malt donne une note grilee agréable et ce cote fruité allant vers la banane et abricot. Bonne mais sans plus.

Bottle. Orange, banana, clove, and wheat malt aroma - very nice. Cloudy golden yellow color with moderate head. Slightly sweet lemon/banana, and light wheat malt flavor. Pretty good but very light flavor.

It is a rather average Hefeweissbier. It is tasty to a point, but overall it leaves something to be desired, too clovey.
