An unclear orange-brown beer with a huge white head. The aroma is sweet and extremely wheaty - with powerful notes of banana. The flavor is extremely sweet with powerful notes of banan and wheat. It is as if more than 50% of the malt are wheat malt - a little too much banana for me.

Dark golden with a huge, nice head. The aroma has notes of wheat and fruit, mostly banana. The flavour is sweetish with nice notes of wheat and banana. It’s a nice an typical weiss that can warm you on a grey and cold evening...

Bottle (kindly delivered by joss!): Hazy, amber coloured, big fluffy beige head that rather quickly collapses; moderate toasty and fruity nose (dried black berries) moderate sweet-bitter, also slightly sourish flavour, medium bodied, quite soft MF; lingering fruity-sourish, but also toasty-malty finish. Good, well rounded and aromatic.........
