Not very bitter, little bit of sweetness. pivnizub (3768), Porúří, Germany Dec 24, 2007 Bügelverschlußflasche: Straw golden coloured, mid-sized, slowly vanishing fluffy white head, aromatic sweet herbal-grassy hops (presumably Hersbrucker...) in the nose, backed by a small amount of sweet malt; strong bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, quite soft MF; lingering herbal-hoppy and sweet-malty-grainy finish. A very pleasant, well crafted Pilsener......... MoritzF (3690), Ruhrpott, Germany Oct 22, 2007 (swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big blonde foamy head. Aromatic and fresh citrousy and herbal hoppy nose with a soft malty sweetness, staying more or less in the background. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour; light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation and a well-matured mouthfeel. Rounded hops accented taste on a soft malty, slightly strawy base; dry and moderately bitter finish with herbal and slightly citrus-fruity hops. Well-balanced and quaffable Pilsener. Ungstrup (11031), Frederiksberg, Denmark Mar 18, 2007 Bottled. A light yellow beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of hops, and the flavor is sweet malty leading to a bitter end.
