Bottle 50cl. w. swing top.
Clear light to medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, fruity notes, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20091003]

Bottled. A light yellow beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of hops, and the flavor is sweet malty leading to a bitter end.

(Bottle 50 cl) Clear, pale pilsener golden with a white head. Malty aroma with a tiny whiff of butter. The body is medium with a good, lightly sweet malt base and a vague touch of cardboard. Dry and hoppy finish. 040307

German Ulfborg tasting 09. Bottle. Pours clear pale golden with a off white creamy head. Fruit, herbs and grain. Medium bodied. OK

Hazy golden with a lasting little white head. Grainy malt aroma with a touch of cardboard. Sweet malty with some hop flavour and medium bitterness

Frisch herb-hopfiger Beginn mit angenehmer Grasigkeit. Geringe Würzigkeit, im Mittelteil dunkler grasig und leicht bitter. Erfrischend, ausgewogen, rund. Gutes Pils! 9/11/12/11/9/11

Bügelverschlußflasche: Straw golden coloured, mid-sized, slowly vanishing fluffy white head, aromatic sweet herbal-grassy hops (presumably Hersbrucker...) in the nose, backed by a small amount of sweet malt; strong bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, quite soft MF; lingering herbal-hoppy and sweet-malty-grainy finish. A very pleasant, well crafted Pilsener.........

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a big blonde foamy head. Aromatic and fresh citrousy and herbal hoppy nose with a soft malty sweetness, staying more or less in the background. Moderately bitter and slightly sweet flavour; light to medium bodied with a smooth carbonation and a well-matured mouthfeel. Rounded hops accented taste on a soft malty, slightly strawy base; dry and moderately bitter finish with herbal and slightly citrus-fruity hops. Well-balanced and quaffable Pilsener.

bottle from wastl. Clear, pale yellow colour, large white head. Lovely hop aroma. Elegant, light, malty base with lots of grassy-herbal hops. Smooth and pleasant carbonation supports the flavours well. Hops are really impressive here, and is sure is the signature beer of Hersbrucker hops. Fine stuff.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, but not washy, modest dry and spicy. Some flowery notes. Finish a bit more intense, fine spicy. Nice!
