COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Talk about a thick, creamy head! This one’s got it. And what a great, flowery flavor with perfect bitterness. Great job.

UPDATED: APR 30, 2006 Bottle. Cloudy golden-amber with large off-white head. Sweet and fruity aroma. Flavor is hoppy, dusty, unclean, bitter finish. Has got a lot going for it but needs a few last touches..... Had it the other day and enjoed it very much (is it the beer or my tastebuds that changed).

UPDATED: APR 10, 2006 Cloudy golden/orange colour. Very refreshing and hoppy aroma - some fruity sweetness as well. Initial flavour is malty and finish is very hoppy and bitter. High carbonation. Definitely one of Herslevs best beers (so far). Rerate "spring 2006": "Forårsfryd" (Spring delight) would be a better name - maybe this gets better every year? Upgraded from 3.7.

UPDATED: JUN 6, 2009 Hazy orange with a big white and medium lasting head. Floral aroma with some strawberry and grass. Sweet but fresh flavour with plenty of hops, resulting in a long dry aftertaste. Big, creamy mouthfeel.

Cloudy deep golden colour with large fluffy white head. Sweet fruit aroma of apricots, peaches and honey with a delicate note of green hops in the background. Full fruity flavour of pine-apples, apricot and oranges. Drier finish of fresh hops. Very good!

Deep golde, orange. Small, but lasting head with big bubbles and some lacing. Very fresh, hoppy aroma with some malty notes. Soft carbonation. Hoppy, floral flavour. Citrus. Some underlying malty sweetness. Overall nice brew. Rather hoppy compared to most Danish Easter (spring) brews. Promising aroma, average flavour.

Light cloudy orange color with nice and creamy light colored head. Fine aroma’s of citrus and oranges, also touches of soft spices, mango chutny, herbs and hops. Nice lively mouthfeel with and light oily consistencie. Again touches of peache, orange zest. cookies, bread- dough, cassonade sugar, some herbs and hops. afthertaste is fruity, sweet cookie like and ends with a nice hoppy bitterness. It has a fine taste that lingers on and on and the alcohol is very well integrated. Thanks Jeppe for this nice brew.

Bottled: Orange coloured. Unclear. Off white dense head. Aroma of citrus, spices and fruit. Some light hoppyness. Malt, spices, fruit and hops in the flavour. Is light bitter in the end. Nice one, though I would rather call it an Abbey Tripel/Belgian Ale

Cloudy orange beer. Sweet flavor aroma. Hoppy and fruity finish. This beer has too many ambitions but does not live up to them.
