COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

This years version tastes a lot diffrent then last years. A lot more sugar, and less hoppy. It tastes almost like a bock. Pours orange with a light head. Soft CO2 level citric, light herbal taste to it.

Warm golden with a nice, creamy head. The aroma has nice hoppy/fruity notes and so does the flavour, where I also find hints of alcohol, light sweetness, caramel and a spicy, nice, slightly dry and harsh bitterness. Refreshing and probably nice with some fatty foods. 1962

Comments: A very clean beer, well-brewed, but moderate in all aspects, grainy and surprisingly drinkable for 8%, but not really offering anything more than a 5% beer.

500ml bottle (Bryg 26) from Ølbutikken and very much enjoyed at a hotel room in Copenhagen. Thanks to BierKönig for the recommendation. Clear amber body with a moderate white, mostly lasting, head. Grassy and floral to the nose. A well-bodied brew filled with pale malts and delicate, lingering hop bitterness. Smooth summer tasting (03.08.2007).
