COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed with four grains: wheat, barley, rye and oats. Nice dark color and good creamy head. Full and soft with suitable sweetness. Impressions of the dark malts that give a touch of chocolate and coffee. Nice hoppy finish. Absolutely enjoyable at 10-12 degrees Celsius by itself, but can also be recommended for desserts - then at 6-8 degrees.

Backlog. I think might be slightly overrated. Dominated by dark chocolate, coffee and roasted nuts.

Bottle, from cellar. Dark brown, almost black with an offwhite head. Nose is rasted malty with coffee accents. Smooth texture. Chocolately flavor with notes of coffee and faint fruity hops leading to a long, lingering, bittersweet and slightly burned finish.

Flaske 0,5l fra bestillingsutvalget til Vinmonopolet - batch 358. Fortært i heimen. Svart. Pent lysebrunt kremaktig skum. Behagelig kaffe- & lakrisaroma. Rik & god smak av lakris, sjokolade & kaffe. Avrundet. Frisk, litt syrlig bitter ettersmak. God! KI=4

bottle at dak’s 8/14/10. middst holdbar 17.6.10 pours a brown shade of almost black with a tannish creamy head. it’s a bit ashy smelling and definitely from denmark... chocolate, rubber, molasses, yeast and dust. luckily, the palate is not sweet... and the medium body is thin enough to drink a bunch of. the flavors are raisins, coffee, toasted nuts, choco, malt powder and roast. 7/4/7/4/16

Bottle. Dark brown, tanned head. Smells of coffee, caramel, burned malts. Taste has much coffee, some malts and sweetness and alot of carbonation. Feel is a bit thick but not oily. Finish is ok bitter. Can’t define all the promised types of grain
