Nose is banana, elderflower, yeast, sweeter hops notes, feel is quite watery, carb is mediumlow, taste is elderflower, apple, sweet malt, celery.

Murky medium grey orange color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, wheaty, light flowers - elderflowers, light to moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet, light light citrus - orange peel acidic and moderate elderflower bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100821]

Hazy pale yellow with a smaal white head. Spy aroma with hints of malt and yeast. Yeasty and spicy flavor with malty hints. Weird.

Draft @ Bishops Arms, Malmö. Pours a murky orange color with a small Off-white head. Fruity wheat malty spicy aroma. Sweetish wheat malty spicy elderflower flavor. Has a spicy wheat malty finish with hints off elderflower in the aftertaste.

Draught at Lord Nelson, Copenhagen. Cloudy amber, small head. Fruity nose with pear and elderflower. Medium bodied with dense mouthfeel. Heavy handed use of elderflower, but it works and refreshes.

Draught at Lord Nelson. Cloudy yellow - white head. Elderflowers & berries, wheat, sulfor, fruity, citrus fruity, light light yeasty, bitterness. Dry finish.

Draft. An unclear dark golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of elderberry flowers as well as a light note of wheat - very refreshing. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of wheat and elderberry flowers as well as a slight note of ginger, the elderberry flower flavor is a bit too strong for me - it makes it almost cloying. The finish is dry and wheaty.

Draught. Hazy orange colour, short ehad. Aroma is sweet with elderflowers and bitter hops. Good mouthfeel. The flavour is fresh with a mild sweetness and bitter with elderflowers, bitter hops and som mild spice.

(Draught at Lord Nelson, Copenhagen, 26 July 2008) Orange colour, cloudy, with a frothy, off-white head. Fruity, citirc nose with floral hints of elderflowers and citrus. Fruity, floral, fresh taste with notes of orange, elderflowers and wheat. An elderflower wheat beer. A bit different but very fresh. Nice one.
