Draft. A hazy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of oranges, and lighter notes of coriander. The flavor is sweet wheaty combined with notes of oranges and coriander.

Fairly light in body with some banana accents, a touch of pine and then a rather piquant spiciness from the birch sap that also leaves an astringent, quinine-like bitterness. 100707

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Wheaty, coriander into a minor bubblegum and citrus fruity aroma, dry. Heavy banana and bubblegum flavour, sweet to dry, wheaty. Sweet to dry wheaty and minor bitterness in the finish. I guess the added birch wood, juice and leaves provide a lot to this different aroma and flavour. Different and interesting.

Bottle. Hazy yellow coloured with a white head. Fruity aroma of berries and spices. Fruity flavour of bananas, wheat, spices and hops. Good on a warm day.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. aroma is citrus, wheat and mild earthyness. Flavour is wheat, wood and citrus. Quite nice and wellbalanced wit.
