Bottle 50cl. Yellow hazy body with a huge steady white head leaving some laces. Fruity aroma with lots of yeast and spices. Light and carbonated body dominated by spices. Bitter aftertaste - i guess its from the birch.

Aug 21, 2008 Bottle, 5.5%. OK citric aroma. Milky yellow colour. Big stable white head. Slightly sweet clove flavour. OK bitterness. Flavourful yet refreshing.

Aug 14, 2008 Hazy yellow colour with an aggressive white head. Spicy aroma with birch and grassy notes. Dry bitter flavour with birch, grass, straw and discrete spices.

Aug 13, 2008 0.5 l bottle at SOPP 2008, Helsinki. Hazy yellow color, very fizzy. Dry and refreshing aroma with wheat, wood, clove and birch. The flavor is very clovey and spicy with woody and herbal notes. Too fizzy and too clovey.

Aug 8, 2008 Bottle. Huge head with excellent duration. Color is hazy pale golden. Aroma and taste are rich with yeast, fruit and malt. Notes of citrus as well.

Aug 7, 2008 Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. aroma is citrus, wheat and mild earthyness. Flavour is wheat, wood and citrus. Quite nice and wellbalanced wit.
