Bottle... Murky, dark brown pour with a tiny, wispy, lightly-tanned head. The aroma is a sticky batch of caramel interwoven with nicely oxidized notes of oloroso sherry, dried plum and fallen apple. Full-bodied and almost chewy with laid-back carbonation. The flavor is full of sweet, malty notes - caramel, burnt marshmallow - alongside vinous, fruity oxidation - sherry and dried plum - with remarkable bitterness to balance everything out, even after seven years in the bottle. Finishes sweet and tangy with an aftertaste of dried plum. Bottle courtesy of Plovmand!

Pours dark dark brown, thin tanned head that falls down quite fast - nice laces. Smells of port, caramel, prunes and dark and delicous malts. Heavy sweet, candice sugar, caramel and hints of liquorice, dry fruits and booze as well. A fantastic rich brew. Can’t really believe that this is not a barrell aged beer - it sure has alot of tastes that can be assositated with it. I’m amazed how well this 6 year old bottle works today
