Sample from (dusty) bottle, CBF 2012. Deep amber beer with no head. Aroma with roasted malts, wood and caramel, a hint of alcohol. Sweet taste with caramel and wood - oak? Full body with a thick texture - hard to get out of the glass. Long lasting dry, slightly roasted, finish. Lovely BW.

Bottle. Poured a burgundy clear dark with no head to speak of. Characteristics on the nose were plum and dark cherries as well as roasted malts. Tasted divine with a rich, desert sweetness. Loved it.
