Indbrygningspct: 15,5° plato.

Bottle. Large thick foamy beige head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Mahogany cloudy color. Aroma of pineapple, fresh grassy, citrus and some oily notes as well. Over the palate came light roasted malt that mix well with the hoppy and light fruity notes. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Light to moderated sweet and bitter flavor that is very well balanced together. Light dry and hoppy finish that somewhat lingers on. Nice and very drinkable beer.

Brunsvart med stort ljusbrunt skum! Karamellmalt och humle i både doft och smak! Ganska söt men fyllig och god!

Bottle shared. Pours a dark brown beer with a medium sized off white head on top. Aroma is little malty, some caramel and almost no hops. Flavor is rather sour, almost like it’s off or something. Roasted, sour aftertaste, not really that good.

Dark brown color, full sized off - white head that lasts for a decent while. Smell and taste malts, a hint of caramel, dark malts, some sourness, a hint of hops. Average body, medium carbonation. This is bad, filthy stuff.

Bottle, 500ml, from an Irma in Copenhagen. A cloudy dark brown pour with a small off-white head. Aroma of sweet citrus, fresh hops and blackcurrant. Flavour has roasted malt, digestive biscuit and some blackberry. A little bitterness in the finish. Fairly high carbonation - too much for my liking. Otherwise a very tasty brew.

Big beige head. Body cannot be seen in this cup. Minty earthy chocolate aroma with bready resiny notes. Dry-sweet resiny pine needle taste with roasty earthy chocolate notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Dryish wooden fruity grape aftertaste with resiny roasty earthy notes. Really, really nice. (0.5l bottle, from Toft Vin, Copenhagen.)
