Bottle. Pours almost clear golden with a medium white head. The aroma is caramel, malt, earthy hops and grass. The flavour is grain, caramel, light hops and has some diacetyl.

Bottle: slightly hazy orange colored beer with a small, short livibg head. Aroma has a German breadybaccent with not of caramel, grain, grass. Taste is medium sweet and bitter a nice grassy finish a touch of caramel. Watery texture, light body average carbonation. Not bad...

On tap at Ølfestival 2011. A clear, golden beer with a small, nice, white head on top. The aroma has grains, chicken manure and some fruityness. Crackery, grainy flavor with a fruity touch. Medium to thin body with a decent level of carbonation. Grainy finish. Well, it’s a bit unpleasant this one, fortunately the flavor isn’t the worst part. 110528

Bottle@home. Haze dark yellow with small head. Basement cereal banana weissbier aromas. Some biscuit diacetyl taste. Very dry finish. Back to basis but a bit boring.

Sample at KØ-2011. Red amber colour with a beige head. Aroma is fruit, malt, caramel, floral. Flavour is fruit, malt, caramel, floral, grain, hop. Ordinary beer.

Hazy light amber with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, grain and light hoppy - grass. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. A bit light bodied. 070811

500 ml bottle. Cloudy amber. Small offwhite head that clings to the glass. Bready floral aroma. Slightly sweet bready biscuity flavours. Light crisp hop bitterness. Very nice balance. Very drinkable. Reminds me a lot of a zwickelbier. Excellent. A perfect session beer, except perhaps for its sweetness.
