Draft. A deep red beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma is sweet malty and dominated by notes of berries. The flavor is sweet malty with strong notes of berries and caramel, but also light dusty hoppy notes, leading to a bitter end. It has a nice powerful body. Very German in its expression.

Malty taste with notes of dried fruit, cherries, orange marmalade and a slightly vinous, malty finish with lots of spicy hops. Bottle. Pours a light hazy orange amber with a big foamy, dirty-looking head. Sweet aroma that is very malty, and borders on a wet dog character. Quite sweet and malty flavour. Finishes with a well-balanced peppery bitterness. Very full and gives off a lot of caramel in the aftertaste.

Bottle (50 cl) from systembolaget. Shady orange amber, large off-white head. Clean bready and caramelly aroma, with some herbal hops. Medium bodied and smooth. Quite dry with medium bitterness. A very drinkable beer, lacking the malt depth that you expect from a really good bock.
