50 cl. bottle at restaurant. Label says 6.5 % alcohol. Different spelling on the label: ’Påskebryg’. Still the same beer? Slightly hazy, copper colour with an orange tint. Shortlived, white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, floral and earthy hops, caramel malts, light hints of chocolate. Taste is light bitter. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes drying and slightly bitter with fruits, floral and earthy notes. Lovely Pale ale.

Bottle from local supermarket. Pours slightly hazy, medium to dark amber with a yellowish head that disappears almost immediately, leaving only a few bubbles on the border of the glass and minimal lacing. The aroma is mildly hoppy, slightly fruity and grassy, some malts in the background. The taste is moderately bitter and sweet. A bit watery, nice long bitter and sweet finish.

0,5 l, flaske, 6,4 % ABV, købt i SuperBest i Rotunden i Hellerup, 26. april 2014.

Bottle. Slightly unclear golden with a foamy durable off-white head, good lacings. The aroma is of fresh grains, light toasted malts and citrusy american hops. Taste is light sweet and spicy with a nice malt presence and hoppy notes of abricot and lemon. Dry medium bitter finish. Carbonation is average, texture is light creamy.
