Bottle. Slightly unclear golden with a foamy durable off-white head, good lacings. The aroma is of fresh grains, light toasted malts and citrusy american hops. Taste is light sweet and spicy with a nice malt presence and hoppy notes of abricot and lemon. Dry medium bitter finish. Carbonation is average, texture is light creamy.

Bottle at home. Light hazy golden with an off-white head, nice lacings. Aroma medium malty (caramel) and hoppy (flowery). Aroma light to medium sweet, quite bitter, refreshing. Medium body.

Super head, cloudy golden. lightly hoppy nose with grapefruit, bread, light mandarin and a little spruce. Medium body and length, Some hoppy characther - thoug quite light. Grapefruit and a light grain. Dissapointing effort from Herslev and not the typical Paaske.

Light hazy golden with a firm and lasting white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light hoppy - fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish.100312

(Draught at Lord Nelson, Copenhagen, 18 Feb 2012) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of orange peel, treacle toffee and caramel. Fruity, hoppy taste with citrus, orange, caramel, crisp-bread and a refreshing, but fairly gentle, bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Classic pale ale, nice one.

Draught @ Lord Nelson, Copenhagen. Pale amber colout, slightly cloudy. Thin creamy head. Slightly citrusy/floral and grassy hoppiness, light yeasty notes. Dryish maltiness, bitter finish. Smooth, fruity ale has good drinkability.

Slightly hazy golden with a ig white head. Inviting aroma of tropical fruit, and toffee malt, with a faint hint of yeast. Sweetish flavour with tropical fruit, malt and toffee and a nice bitter finish

Pours amber with a large offwhite head. Aroma is caramel, yeast and fruity hop notes. Flavour is caramel, peach light citrus and light grapefruit.

Pours a hazy and copper beer with a large offwhite head. The aroma is malt, yeast and hops with grapefruit and peach. The flavor follows the nose with additional sweetness and fruit. The palate is sweetness with some bitterness. Overall an average beer.
