Cloudy golden colour. Quite malty and a nice amount of hops in the finish. A quite good pilsener, probably the best Danish pilsener.

Bottle. Not really a pilsner in my eyes, looks more like a pale ale (smells a bit more like one aswell). Quite sweet maltyness, caramel, and even some brown sugar. Hops are earthy and salty. Orangey, citric edge, tasted a bit raw, like it was slightly incomplete. Not a pilsner, but OK.

UPDATED: MAR 7, 2005 Amber colour with fine white head.
Rotten aroma with notes of grass and butter - obviously infected. Flowery flavour with notes of butter, OK bitterness. Without infection, it would be a nice beer, but I have tried it 3 times, and it has been infected all 3 times :(

The aroma is sweet with notes of honey. The color is a hazy orange and it has a small head. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey and malt - a nice flavor. A lovely pilsener.

[Draught] Hazy golden coloured. Some yeast in the aroma. Complex and alternative flavour of hops, fruits, and some yeast. Sweet at first, but bitter in the finish. Soft and smooth mouthfeel. A good and interesting pilsener.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap, DBF 2004. Gold, moderate white head and gentle moderate condition. Sweet buttery malt in the nose, carrying trough into the mouth. Good honeyed bohemian hoppiness develops, becoming gently bitter in the finish but still balanced by the buttery malt.

UPDATED: JAN 18, 2007 (on tap) This batch had to be infected; it tasted rotten and smelled awfull. I´ll be back, when that´s fixed.
RERATING JAN2007: FROM 0,6 TO 2.9. Havning this beer again was a good experience. Quite full and malted beer, had it cold so mighthave a tad to much of the crops. Nice rolling inish with a good balanced carbonationg.

Sampled from draught at Danish Beer Festival 2004 (#17).
Hazy dark yellow beer with a creamy head. Sweet malty aroma with a little sourness underneath. Also caramel, hops and youghurt tones. Flavor is sweet and very full for a pilsener. Malty and fruity with a good bitterness in the finish. I actually thought it was an ale (top fermented) but the brewer confirmed that it is bottom fermented and therefore a pilsener. In that case it is one of my all-time favorite pilseners.
