2.6 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Hazy deep yellow color with a white head. The taste is malts with some yeasty notes, maybe a little to much. Has a nice balance.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Sampled from draught at Danish Beer Festival 2004 (#17).
Hazy dark yellow beer with a creamy head. Sweet malty aroma with a little sourness underneath. Also caramel, hops and youghurt tones. Flavor is sweet and very full for a pilsener. Malty and fruity with a good bitterness in the finish. I actually thought it was an ale (top fermented) but the brewer confirmed that it is bottom fermented and therefore a pilsener. In that case it is one of my all-time favorite pilseners.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Draught @ DBF2004: Light amber coloured. Unclear. Off white head. Lasting. Fruits, flowers and hops in the aroma. Malts, some fatness and swettness in the flavour. Powerful and pleasantly bitter finish. Me liky liky.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Sampled draught at Dansk Ølfestival.
Cloudy pale orange. Sweaty flowery nose. Firmly malty with loads of hops and some caramelly malt. Very bitter finish. Unusual, but flavourful pilsener with a real bite.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
UPDATED: MAY 24, 2004 Bottled: Orange-brown, a bit hazy, off white head. Rich flavour with notes of roasted malts and something dusty-sweet (sherry?). A good hoppy bitter finish. Overall perfectly balance between malts and hops makes this an excellent beer.
