UPDATED: JUN 21, 2011 Bottle at Kolding Ølmesse. Poured a slightly pale golden, clear body with a white head. The aroma started with a faint sour touch, but was mostly fruity and malty. Pale malt, a little fruityness and hops in the flavor, medium fullness. Sure not bad, but rather boring. Herslev make some fine beers, but this wasn’t impressive at all. Bottle. A slightly unclear one, pale golden in color and with a dense, white head on top. Slightly sourish on the citrusy, fruity nose. Some grains. The flavor is very evidently hoppy, not very bitter but with pinecones. Smooth, medium bodied and semi-dry. Not your regular pilsner, but sure pleasant. 110621

Bottle from systembolaget. Pours yellow, slightly cloudy with small white head. Buttery and floral scents on the nose. Bitter dried grass, bitter herbs and orange peal hop tastes, a bit oily and a robust bitter and dry aftertaste. A good example of a bohemian / northgerman dry and bitter pilsner.

Bottle@home. Yellow slight cloudy. Small head. Some buttery Diacetyls. Banana. Very dry-bitter finish. More depth than ordinary pilsners. Alright brew.

Flaske 0,5l - batch 421 fra Vinmonopolet. Delt med Rune under seanse i heimen 16 Jun 11. Lys gylden. Litt uklar. Høyt luftig skum. Aroma av malt. Smaken litt malt + gress. Ellers lite, men en god pilsner.

UPDATED: MAR 3, 2012 Bottle. Light hazy yellow colour with a bubbly white head. Good hoppy nose. Light fruity flavour, well blended hoppy and malty flavour.

Bottle (50cl) from Vinmonopolet (Skøyen), Oslo. Batch 445. Inch-thick white head, good retention, leaves a thick film and nice lacing. Hazy pale yellow colour - looks like a wit. Aroma of hay, hops, mild malt, yeast and hint of fruit. Taste is well-balanced, discreet fruity sweetness, low acidity, solid, bitter finish. Light, thirst-quenching body, soft/medium carbonation. Well made, but quite boring - probably best with food on a summer day.

@ Copenhagen festival 2011. The aroma has some grassy, bit fruity hops. Pale yellow coloured beer with a white head. The taste has a good bitterness, crisp hoppiness, some malt. Bit dry finish.

Bottle, 50 cl: Hazy surpisingly pale beer - looks like a wheat beer - with a nice white head. Quite aromatic hop profile, citrusy. Grainy malt notes, too. Sweet and quite bitter tasting. Well balanced and very drinkable. Some grassy notes and a dry bitter finish and mild acidic touch. Oily texture, medium body, average carbonation. A very good pilsener.

Unclear yellow with a lovely white head. Aroma of malt and hops. Flavor is good bitter. Fine drinkable pilsner!

Pours hazy pale yellow with a huge white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain, hay and metal. Taste is medium sweet and light bitter with a metallic finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Looks like Weissbier. Breathe in while tasting, and it turns quite bitter. Nice for a hot summer day.
