COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Editor’s note: first introduced at the Danish Beer Festival 2010 in a 5.9% version. Later released in a slightly modified 5.0% bottle version.

0,5 l. bottle - 5,0 abv. version. Golden colour with a small, white head. The label says: Enjoy this beer with sushi. So I did. Was it particulary good with the sushi? Not anymore than other beers that you would enjoy with sushi or other fish-dishes. The beer contains ginger and seaweed, which gives a slight saltyness in taste. Otherwise a fairly average beer. Poor price - taste ratio. Despite this, some extra credits for the unusual ingredients.

Beer3000 (3116) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - NOV 24, 2010
Sampled @ Copenhagen Beer Festival 2010. Dim golden body with a thin off-white head. Delicious but quite mild hop aroma with some light malt. Flavor is light malty with fruit and something undefined and quite mild bitterness. It’s OK but not much more.

Bottle at KØ-10. A clear, golden beer with a small, off-white head. Malty, grainy nose with flowers and some citrus. The flavor starts and finishes quite grainy, with citrus and flowers in the middle. Medium body. Sure, it’s a drinkable beer, it isn’t bad tasting either, but it’s damn boring and uninteresting. Plus for experimenting. 100506

On tap. Slightly hazy golden with a small off-white head. Sweetish malty nose. Medium body, sweet with a fairly solid malt base. Some lightly medicinal and salty notes with a very discreet bitterness. 060510

50cl, new exclusive Danish brew Anno 2010, hand-written label (no mention of ABV), brew with seaweed, thx to MadsNP!, complex brew, sweet and spicy, not balanced, hazy, nearly no head, nice brew, yet very original!
