Draught @ KØ 2005: Orange coloured. Unclear. Huge off white head. A bit odd flavour. Is a bit "old", but definately not unpleasant. LIght hops, sweet and malty. Is sweet in the end with a light sourness. Quite good. beer.

Hazy golden beer with a white head. Spicy and somewhat floral aroma. Some wheat flavour and quite a sweet beer.

DBF 2005. Hazy Gold, moderate lasting off white head and gentle condition. Eggy, sulphurous aromas, sweet and chalky in the mouth with a fruity yeastiness that lingers into the finish.

Nice belgo style wheat beer. Coriander. Interesting beer. Thin for the strength. Short but bitter aftertaste.

[Draught at Købehavnske Øldage] Cloudy dark golden. Sweet and flowery with notes of banana. Mild and soft, very weizenbierlike. Low bitterness. A refreshing quaffer.

Pours muddy yellow/hay-coloured. Aroma is dominated by banana from the yeast. The taste is quite mild.

(On tap) Dark orangey golden with an impressively huge head that refuses to flatten. Weird, tart nose. Distinct flavour of the added elderflower with some underlying sweetness. This is a festival special, a blend of two experimental brews (trying out new yeast strains) - a Pilsener and a Hefe. 210505

Draught
Cloudy blond color. Nice hops, fruity, a bit homebrew style. Quite sweet, with a correct hopping, aromatic, fresh, a bit fruity. Enjoyable even if a bit rough.

Draught. Golden coloured. Unpleasant rubber notes in the aroma. Sweet, fruity and wheaty flavour. Thin and boring. Unbalanced. It is hard to find the elderflowers.

[At Københavnske Øldage 2005] An unclear orange beer with a small white head. The aroma is of eggs and diacethyl - not very inviting. But if You pass the aroma and start drinking it, the flavor is much better, it is sweet malty with notes of hops and spices, leading to a dry end with notes of citrus and hops.
