Golden beer, a lot of carbonation and a steady white head. Not much aroma, spicy and citrus like.Very acidic mouthfeel, almost like limonade. Taste is spicy and acidic. (Bottle 33cl)

33cl bottle, BB Feb 2013. Dorée trouble, col blanc. Arôme houblonné citronné sur un bouquet fleuri et qcq épices, maïs. En bouche, amertume est léger, une certaine douceur se note venant peut être du maïs, le tout restant sec et épicé, reste néanmoins assez métallique sur ce profile malt/grains poudreux. Épice reste minime une épice typique de la région selon l’étiquette, coriandre peut être,

Clear darker blond coloured beer with average carbonation and a medium white head. Fresh hoppy and grassy sweet hinted aroma. Medium to full palate. Finish is bitter sweet with hoppy flowery grassy and sweet herby hints. Not bad.

Bottle from Bierkoning. Pours a slight hazed golden with a good fluffy white head. Aroma is light salty saline seafoam, and farmhouse-like, light funk with slight saison yeasty phenolics, light pepper and spice, golden bready pils malt with a slight DMS kick- earth, light cobwebby with some herbal hints. Flavor is light phenolic yeast, grassy, herbal, decent biscuit and pils malt, some lemongrass, and lemon-lime soda in the middle with some slight lactic acid mixed in- slight tartness mixed with grass in the end. As it warms more earth and leather come through, spices, spritzy high carbonation still tingles the tongue, light corn dms is noticed but can be ignored since it is slight- airy light dry finish- very saison like. I kinda liked it, but it had a couple slight flaws.

(Bottled, the neck popped off spontaneously so the remains rated here @ room temp) Hazy yellow with a large, foamy head. Fruity-lemony nose with pale malt and yeast, some alcohol when warm. Flavor is quite herby and yeasty with slightly honeyish maltiness. Medium body, soft carbonation. A bit hard to judge by this destroyed bottle - perhaps a re-rate is in order using a specimen with a bit less re-fermentation sugar.

Bottle filled to the brim, turning itself into masses of white foam (incredibly stable) upon pouring; very pale golden beer with a light greenish shine; looking for all the world as whipped eggwhite left alone too long. Reeks of coriander, touches of "citrus", raw egg (indeed!) and spiced milk. Tastes spicy, coriander agian, bit of pepper, and very faint lemon. After some time, soft sweetness, bit weeiig and always perfumed with the C-word. Very lively carbonated, foam seems intended as a pie-joke from a B-movie, light to medium bodied. I did not know that coriander had becomen endemic to the Kempen. If lemon and pepper are too, then global warming has reached catastrophic proportions indeed...

Bottle. Blonde, pours a huge head. Not easy to pour this beer. Lemon and some flowery notes in the aroma. Perfumed soft hopbitter flavor with white pepper and lemon.

Bottle 330ml.<brClear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, moderate hoppy, flowers, herbs, fruity, citrus, moderate yeasty, soap, fresh wood notes. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dry finish and a fruit acidic notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20091212]
