UPDATED: NOV 4, 2011 2/11/2011 33cl bottle @ home - BB: 2014 (2011-xxx)
Bit cloudy dark orange to amber beer, huge fluffy white head, pretty stable, little adhesive. Aroma: very sour lemony, dry, spicy (pepper). Mf: good carbon, full body, creamy texture. Taste: sweet start, fruity, plums, citrus fruits, touch of banana, bitter. Aftertaste: citrus, nice bitter hops without being too aggressive, touch of candi sugar. Forgot I already rated it. Damn.

33cl bottle. Filtered, clear golden and brown, medium white head. Nose : Striking lemon zest notes, soap, fruity mango, peach, mellow cake, some honey. Sip : medium carbonation, low to medium density body with creamy texture. Sweet burned malt flavor with more burned bitter end, fruity candy background and some more bitterness in the end, this time it mixes with hops (grapefruit flavor). Very surprising beer. Nice one.

Copper coloured beer with a nice white head. Iím a big fan of bitter beers so the expectations were high for a beer that claims to be bitter. Hops in the aroma, long dry, bitter finish. Perfectly balanced beer. A very nice suprise, congratulations to the brewers. Job well done! (Bottle 33cl)

Bottle: fucking gushers! This bottle stood in my cabinet for at least half a year, all the time to rest, I open this bottle and a big broad ray of beer gushed/left the bottle, only leaving half a bottle of beer.†
And it keeps gushing foam, most likely one of the most explosive beers I ever came across.
Thus a big white head which disappears very slow!
A deep deep hazy yellow to lightly orange colored beer.
Smell hops, citrus, hint of gass, some fruits like melon, peach and cactus and hints of lactose and herbs.†
Taste is a very nicely balanced mix of fruit, peach, grape fruit, bitter, hops, citrus, cream, hint of soft vanilla and hints of malts and barleys.
Nice bitter light fruity hoppy aftertaste.
Low to medium carbo, soft mouthfeel, good medium to fuller body and a creamy texture.
When you drink it straight after poured in a glass itís crisp bitter and hoppy fruity. But after leaving it in the glass for a while it seems the malts turn more into caramel and thereís a stronger malt taste as well.
Hate the gusher but the beer is pretty good.

Golden blond colour with tight thin head. Fresh hop aroma. Quite an intense level of hop bitterness. Remains fresh and a bit zesty in the finish.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle. Dark amber with decent white head. Smells hoppy with a Belgian touch. Very stong hops, Belgian yeast and some delicate caramel malt playing hide and seek. I would like to try side by side with DDC DV, although I think this might be a little rougher and less subtle..

Bottle, 6.5% brewed at ít Hofbrouwerijke. Mild hoppy aroma, good spicy hop, Saaz perhaps. Almost clear copper colour. Good stable creamy white head. The flavour starts off malty with a good baking yeast note. Turns more hoppy, but balanced. Spicy hops, only slightly bitter. A good and well-balanced beer.
