3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle @ Quinns, I believe? Deep ruby with a cream coloured head. Malty and slightly metallic aroma. Taste of chestnuts, roasted malts and fig. Sweet and spicy with a lick of alcohol.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled. A dark red, raisin body and a thing beige small-bubbled head. The aroma is strange, a bit like wine, some sugar, alcohol. Taste some alcohol as well, red grapes, prunes and a long intruiging finish. Not too sophisticated though.

3.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Ceramic Bottle, 50cl. The beer is dark and reddish/brown. The head is off-white/lightbrown. The aroma is fruity with notes of alcohol. Very rich flavor with tastes of raisin, prune and fruites. Very sweet. There is a little alcohol in the nose with the aftertaste. Nice belgian mouthfeel, with tastes of fruits hanging in the mouth. Overall a belgian beer above average.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle: Reddish-amber coloured, small tanned lacy head, nutty nose with a touch of glue and a tinge of alcohol; solid sweet-bitter flavour, full bodied; strong sweet-caramelly-nutty and (a bit chocolatey-)bitter finish with the warming support of brandy-like alcohol. Quite good dutch brouwsel........

3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle: Dark brown, medium bodied with strong malts. Alcohol noticeable but not overly so. There’s better beers in this genre.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Dark brown mahogany with a small head. Aroma of sugar and body about medium. Slight toast and hints of alcohol. Dry finish. Nice, but Nothing that stands out too much.
