COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In the early days this was the last beer to be brewed before the warm summer season. It had an increased alcohol percentage so it would last longer.

Gold blonde, very small head, reasonable carbonation. Some hoppy, fresh aroma, hay and just mowned grasses. Very little bitterness in the taste, somwhat fullier than a pilsner, and somewhat more bitter and more dry. Not specifically sweet, average finish.

Serving: from bottle. Aroma: light banana and hop aroma. Appearance: small, rocky, white, initial head with fair lacing and fully diminishing longevity. Clear medium-yellow body. Taste: lightly sweet initial flavor, and moderately sweet and yeasty finish with long duration. Palate: medium-bodied with dry texture and lively carbonation. Overall: unique taste and aroma.

Draught in Amsterdam - golden colour with white head.medium body, medium bitterness, Far enough. Probably wouldn’t bother trying another.

Poured a crystal clear amber with a broken white head. The aroma is big yeast and malt. The flavour is also dominated by that "Belgian" yeast. with some yeast and a strange and not entirely pleasant bitterness on the palate. Not a great example.

This is terrible. Amber yellow with a thin, creamy white, lacy, lasting head. Smells of toasted malt, caramel with a slight astringent rubber bit. Medium thin body with medium carbonation. Sweet toasted malty taste that, sugar with alcohol burn and a hop finish. Thin watery and slightly chemical. Just InBev cheapness.

Lovely spring style lentebock beer. Well rounded, refreshing, small bubbles, deep yellow golden color.

Bottle@home, 330ml. Head: white. Colour: bright, golden. Aroma: grass, spicy hops, vague malt. Taste: light bitter-sweet. Palate: refreshing, medium bitter-sweet finish, medium CO2. Overall: nice, but not one of the best.

A nice sweet aroma beer. It is not a very special lente bock beer. Lovely for in the spring but not that special.

30cl bottle @ home. Clear golden with a white foamy head. Malts. A bit peachy. Nothing special.

it is not the best, but certainly a nice spring bok. I would drink it again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

appearance: bright gold / yellow. Airy foam, not sticking for to long. smell: Didn’t smell much at first, but after tasting i got a bit of honey, mango and orange. taste: Very light and refreshing. Bit of honey sweetness. Fruits like mango, a tiny bit of a orange taste and flowers. All very well balanced, nothing really overpowers. Low on malt flavors. mouthfeel: Light, thin, quite some carbonation going on, but short and tingly, giving it that freshness. Overall: Not the best or most exciting Lentebock (Spring Bock) maybe, but a very easy going and refreshing one nonetheless. Great spring/summer beer, like they should be.
