MoritzF (3883), Ruhrpott, Germany May 10, 2008 (swing top bottle; 5.0%) Hazy, pale golden colour with a huge and firm minimal off-white foamy head. Yeasty, sweet and sourish fruity aroma with a good wheat-character; clove and nutmeg in the background. Light-sweet and sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a mellow mouthfeel. Moderately wheaty, slightly citrousy and banana-fruity taste with a whiff of cara-malt; yeasty, banana-fruity and slightly spicy finish. Balanced Hefeweizen (04.05.08).
Ungstrup (11378), Frederiksberg, Denmark Apr 22, 2007 Bottled. An unclear orange beer with a thick very white head. The aroma is sweet and very wheaty combined with quite strong notes of citrus and banana. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of banana, but also notes of wheat. madsberg (4373), Bangalore, India Apr 21, 2007 Bottled. Yellow coloured. Unclear. Dense off white head. Classic Hefe aroma. Loads of banana, yeast and sweetness. Light spiced. Flavour as well is classic and balanced. Has the power I like. A bit cloves, yeast and banana mingles perfect. MEdium bodied. Sweet and light spiced in the end. Very nice Hefe. PLundsgaard (176), Tranbjerg J, Denmark Jul 22, 2006 Aroma/Malty-light,
