(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Ungstrup. Clear golden with a dense, lively, white head leaving some laces. Sweetish, malty nose. Medium body with very clean, sweet malts and a flowery touch. Dry, lightly hoppy finish. Lovely. 260208

50 cL bottle. Pours slight hazy yellow with a dense white head. Light spiced, buttery to floral aroma. Starts light spiced, goes into a mild grainy flavour. Ends with dry bitterness and light grainy flavour.

Light blond color. Light and nice aroma of honey and cereals. Light body, light flavor, poor malt, some hay, quite strong bitterness. Simple.

(swing top bottle) Clear, pale golden coloured and effervescent hue with a fluffy blonde foam. Moderately sweet and slightly grainy malt-aroma with notes of sour dough and fresh herbal, slightly grassy hops. Moderately bitter flavour, light bodied with a pleasant and well-matured mf. Soft malty and herbal hoppy taste; quite dry and bitter finish with a good dose of hops (03.05.08).

Bügelverschlußflasche: Grainy and pale-malty nose with a tinge of grassy noble hops; clear golden, quickly vanishing white head; solid sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, soft MF; sweet pale malt and noble hops in the lingering, soft and bitter finish. Good, good semi-bohemian Pilsener.....
