It’s unclear yellow-golden with a huge, creamy head. The aroma has notes of yeast, herbs, wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of yeast, herbs, wheat and a little fruit. The finish is slightly dry with a sort of pine note - that I really don’t love too much....

Hazy matt medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, paper, phenol, yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20111112]

500 ml flip-top bottle picked up near Sinsheim had at home in Germany. Pours an orange hazy gold color with a full off white head. Aroma is fantastic, hefe, slight bananas, cloves and lemons. tsate is a true fruity mix of bananas, citrus and cloves. Outstanding! Palate is smooth, mellow and fruity. I agree with shrubber85 in full on the Superior Weisse.

in wheat with fresh sehmigen taste. Reminds me somehow of a cappuccino. Tastes really "creamy". In the aftertaste of hops is very noticeable - you find so rare in white beers

Swing top bottle. Blonde, cloudy. Banana and a hint of grass in the aroma and flavor. yeasty notes. Slightly herbal weizen. Citrus and a hint of yoghurt especially noticeable in the aftertaste. OK weizen.

(swing top bottle; 5.0%) Hazy, pale golden colour with a huge and firm minimal off-white foamy head. Yeasty, sweet and sourish fruity aroma with a good wheat-character; clove and nutmeg in the background. Light-sweet and sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a mellow mouthfeel. Moderately wheaty, slightly citrousy and banana-fruity taste with a whiff of cara-malt; yeasty, banana-fruity and slightly spicy finish. Balanced Hefeweizen (04.05.08).

Bottled. An unclear orange beer with a thick very white head. The aroma is sweet and very wheaty combined with quite strong notes of citrus and banana. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of banana, but also notes of wheat.

Bottled. Yellow coloured. Unclear. Dense off white head. Classic Hefe aroma. Loads of banana, yeast and sweetness. Light spiced. Flavour as well is classic and balanced. Has the power I like. A bit cloves, yeast and banana mingles perfect. MEdium bodied. Sweet and light spiced in the end. Very nice Hefe.
