Pineapple, apple, yeasty, earthy sweetness from the yeast, however all the flavours are very dull and muted. RERATE: Cask in brewpub. Fruity, alcohol, grainy malt, quite full bodied.

Cask at Peterborough BF ’06. Golden colour. The aroma somehow did not appeal to me. Taste was better: fruity, sour and refreshing. Slight bitterness.

Cask conditioned at GBBF 06. Yellow amber colour with white head. Fruity dry beer, solid bitter hops throughout. Refreshingly dry with notes of grapefruit. Biscuity malt with a Jacobs Cracker biscuit taste.
