Commercial Description:
Cask, Regular;
A pale refreshing but substantial bitter, produced from Maris Otter malt, with subtle notes of Golding, Northdown and Challenger hops and a refreshing, almost citrus, late hop note from Pioneer and Caskade.

Cask@GBBF2008. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is mild fruits and wood. Flavour is fruits, mild yeastyness and some hints of hay. A nice bittery finish.

Dark yellow, cloudy and opaque with small head that lingers. The head is white, composed of bubbles of different sizes. Citric aromawith hints of grapefruit and lemon. The taste is bitter, refreshing with some fruitiness and marked hops. Good blonde. B

Cask at GBBF 08. Clear gold. Little flavour or aroma. Very bland and disappointing.

Cask in brewpub, they got it from the stillage through the back. Aroma is grassy and hoppy, biscuity pale malts also. Taste is crisp pale malts with floural hops and a honey sweetness.

Cask at Marwell inn, bampton ... Very pale straw yellow ... light wattery hop ... light fresh hop ... little citric .. building linger ... lots of hop juicyness. good blonde ale.
