Magic_dave6 (3975), London, Greater London, England Dec 10, 2007 Cask in the brewpub. Aroma is honey, malty and floural hops balancing. Taste is similarl quite a bit of honey and quite full flavoured for the %. Pub (4102), Banbury, Oxfordshire, England Jul 30, 2006 Cask conditioned at The Watermill Inn, Ings, Cumbria. Brown amber beer with slight head. There was a sharp tinny taste to this beer, not particularly pleasant with a nutty malt base. Light session beer, but something was definitely not right with this one. hughie (2251), Bedford, Bedfordshire, England May 20, 2006 Cask at Devonshire Arms, Bedford BF. Mid amber colour with a small white head. Hoppy aroma. Lots of fruit in the taste. Could have been a little more bitter, but a very good session beer. omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Aug 20, 2002 Sampled cask conditioned at The Crown Inn, Hesket Newmarket, Cumbria.
Nut brown. Light bodied, fruity and somewhat nutty. Dry and very drinkable with bitter finish.
