Hazy dark golden color, with lots good white head.
Aroma little sweet touch, fruits, hops, bit yeast.
Medium body.
Taste fruits, hops, bitter and dry bit sticky ending.

Jan 9, 2008 Bottle Golden, hazy body with lots of visuable carbonation. Rocky, white Orval head. Excellent lace. The aroma is not very well pronounced, I did find some hints of hops, oranges, grapefruit. Quite faint, lightly bitter flavour with some dryness. THe carbonation the was clearly visuable was not that prominent in the flavour. Certainly not bad, just rather flat, like a good tea with some carbonation.

Oct 23, 2006 Apricot, mint and yeast in the aroma. Spicy flavor with apricot and mint. Malty sweet with hints of chewing gum and yoghurt. Not bad.
Tejas (599), Dallas, Texas, USA
Sep 15, 2005 Gold/orange color. Little head. Light dry palate. Not much flavor other than a little bitterness. Sort of soapy and chalky too. I had high hopes for these Saisons. Wish they were better.
