3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
After a few IPA's this was a welcome change last evening. Cloudy orange-golden coloured, firm head. Soft, hoppy, yeasty.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Orange and hazy. Big, pillowy off-white head. Some lacing. Nice looking beer. Soapy, citrusy top notes with underlying fruit (banana) in the aroma. Touch of honey and spice with fruit in the taste - moderate hop bite. Very much a tripel and a nice one at that. Creamy texture. Oooh, that 10.0% kicks in pretty quickly - warm fuzzies.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Golden color, cloudy some suspended particles, moderate head. Yeasty fruity aroma mixed with alcohol, spice and malt sweetness. Well carbonated. Balanced and a finish that is balanced between sweetness and dryness.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Hazy amber color with lots of sediments in suspension. Shy head. Pretty neutral fruity aroma with hints of spices and alcohol. The taste is strong, alcohol noticeable. Sweet peaches, orange, honey. Malt and yeasts fest. Bitterness is first discovered in the short, but intense aftertaste.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Golden color, HUGE head, spicy and fruity (citrus and pear) aroma. A tripel-like aroma. Sweet flavor, somewhat honeyish with an annoying metallic taste in the finish in every one of the three bottles I had. Has anyone experienced this or were my bottles from a bad batch?

Bottled. Murky brown –ginger body, with lacy white head. Sweet spiced and nutty aroma. Flavours follow in the same way. Really nice smooth palate. A balanced and director beer. Drunk in its own glass in a bar somewhere in Barcelona.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Had this at Le Bier Circus on 5-13-03. Pours a nice amber with a fluffy white head. Malty, fruity aroma with some alcohol and spice notes. Warming on the tongue and the finish along with a carbonation spritz in the mouthfeel. Good beer.
