3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Golden orange colored beer with a white head. Fruity esters up front on the aroma. A lot of sweet pear and apple to go along with the sugary sweetness. A touch of alcohol, some hints of straw, and very mild spice. There’s a lot of sugary sweetness to the flavor. Some apple and pear esters, and a bit of straw. A mild bitterness on the finish.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle from backlog notes. Pours a hazy dark golden/amber color with a medium sized fluffy beige head. The aroma and flavor have sweet malts, candi sugar, caramel, fruits, plums, peaches, yeast, some alcohol though not bad for 10%, decent enough.

3.7 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle says "tripel" but rate beer says quad though it seems much more like a triple. Pours a clear golden amber with a lot of suspended solids and a small spotty lasting white head. Aroma is perfumy, fruity, pears, and some Belgian yeasty notes. Flavour is a nice marriage of spicy Belgian yeast/perfumy alcohol, fruitiness mainly pears, and grapes. The alcohol is a bit strong but not too out of character.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Appearance is pleasant and aroma above average. Not very complex taste and palate is only average. This is a decent tripel ale, definetly very drinkable and not too hoppy or bitter. But certainly nothing that special that id go out of my way for

3.7 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
The style is wrongly described as a Quadrupel, it is namely a Triple. And a very good one. Nice strong hoppy and fruity aroma.
