Bottle from Mitra Bunnik, BB Oct 2015, large sample. Clear dark golden color with some debris, medium frothy head. Aroma of peppery yeast, quite some coriander, bit flowery hops. Soft bitter taste, coriander, bit grainy malt, slight metallic note (might be age?). Decent belgian blonde.

Mostly clear golden yellow coloured pour with a little lasting off white head. Aroma is semi sweet honey, light Belgian yeast esters, semi sweet grains, floral hop. Flavour is composed of semi sweet grains, honey, little iron / blood character, metallic with a hint of citrus. Palate is rounded, semi sweet, moderate carbonation, . pretty standard stuff.

UPDATED: SEP 16, 2015 Flaska@Pressklubben. Kraftigt grumlad gyllenorange vätska med fingertjockt skum. Sädig och fruktig arom. Fruktig och lite örtig smak. Mot slutet dyker också honungssötma upp. God.

Hazy straw colored pour. Small white head. Little lacing. Very estery notes in the nose. Some yeast notes as well, and in the mouth. Malty taste with some of the esters coming through.

A nice frothy Belgian blonde ale with exciting aroma of yeast and malt. Tastes of light caramel, a little honey, citrus and also some sweet notes of overripe banana and a little yeast. A nice plump blonde ale which hops bitterness perhaps a little too sharp for the type. Hops does not contribute to any fruity taste or to keep the relative weakness of malted character in balance. The hops are sharp and incoherent and contribute instead to a little abrupt transition from the otherwise fine malty tones. Perhaps the abrupt transition between malt and hops also is due to the, in my opinion, too harsh carbonation as this beer has. I mostly likes the soft carbonated blonde ale where the fine and sometimes very anonymous fruit and malt shades gently blend with a retracted and tasteful hops. The finish ends too quickly.
