Bottled at De Zotte, Amsterdam. Hazy golden coloured, fair lacing. Fruity nose, perhaps some spices. Slightly sweet with some hops shining through. Dry finish. One of the best Belgian Blondes imho.

Pours a clear straw yellow color with a white foamy head. Aroma of lemon, pepper, and yeast. Zesty lemon flavor with yeast, pepper, and hint of grass. Nice beer.

330 ml bottle into chalice, best by 7/2013. Pours slightly hazy golden amber color, with a fairly dense 1-2 finger off white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin cap that lingers. Some slight spotty lacing on the glass, with a good amount of carbonation streaming up. Aromas of light lemon zest, grape, pear, pepper, clove, honey, bread, and yeast spices. Nice and pleasant aromas with decent strength. Taste of lemon zest, pepper, pear, orange, clove, biscuit, honey, grass, and yeast spices. Lingering notes of citrus, pepper, clove, grass, bread, and yeast spices on the finish for a good bit. Very nice flavor balance with good complexity; and no cloying sweetness. Medium carbonation and body; with a lightly slick and slightly prickly mouthfeel. Alcohol is very well hidden with only a slight warming after the finish present. Very easy to drink as well. Overall this is a very nice and enjoyable Belgian blonde. Good amount of complexity and nice flavor balance; and very smooth.

Golden color with a thin white head. Yeasty aroma. Flavor is fruity and spicy.

It has a pale yellow liquid with some small particles floating around in the glas. A solid cake of yeast at the bottom of the bottle. Light malty smell, also sweet, fruity and yeasty. Yeasty taste with some sweet malts and a hint of metal.

Mon exemplaire a dépassé sa date limite de 10 mois, et cela lui va très bien ... parce que cette petite blonde relève la note personnelle que je lui donnais de vraiment beaucoup de points. Details. The other beers with the name Kapittel are all made with 2 hop varieties and 4 malt varieties. Here, the only one of the appellation, is made with 3 hop varieties and only 2 malts, surely pale ones. This blond is very nice for its category. A very nice gold color. Des arômes de départ très bien orientés sur la céréale et les fruits mûrs. Une texture soyeuse très correcte. Une première bouche très belle sur la céréale. Une seconde bien équilibrée en goût, juste un peu trop douce en nuance Une troisième bien dosée, sympa avec un peu plus d’amertume. La levure est correcte pour une blonde. La longueur est belle et la finale équilibrée. This blond has won a gold medal, I don’t know where, but it’s totally a justice. Once again, a simple blond with a better rating than some strong beers.... Why not ? Une simple bière peut être une bière bien faite .... and tasty.

33cl bottle. Golden colour with a nice formation of white head. Nice lacework. Aroma is sweet, caramelish and moderate malty. Flavour is bready, moderate alcoholic sweet with a caramelish final with an average duration. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium.

Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is yeasty, sweet, and fruity. Flavor is sweet, fruity, a little yeast, with a dry finish.
