1.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 7/20 Cantabrian (390) - Christchurch, NEW ZEALAND - MAY 26, 2013
The appearance is not too flattering, looking like something we get from hepatitis. Fishy flavour behind the rather seemingly synthetic aroma of fruits. No good. Reminded me of my disastrous experience with the Achel Bruin.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Holmen1 (1080) - NORWAY - MAY 11, 2013

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Abijen (216) - NETHERLANDS - MAR 27, 2013
Pours a brown-red color, clear liquid with a very minimal head.
It smelled like red wine and cherry.
Tasted a bit bitter with a light body, thin watery texture and an average to lively carbo. Overall a mediocre beer
3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Osprey87 (547) - London via, WALES - MAR 18, 2013
Apr 2012 - Marketed as an abbey ale, but tastes more like a dark lager. Very mild, a slight ’watery’ taste like you get with lighter beers. Alright, but wouldn’t rush to buy again.

Bouteille 330ml.

Pour is a dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is a nice dark fruit with a bit of fruity yeasty ester. Flavor is equal. A decent dark malty, dark fruit with a bit of fruitness from the yeast. Nothing to make it stand out but its decent and a beginner beer to dark Belgain styles.
