Ungstrup (11164), Frederiksberg, Denmark Dec 10, 2002 A light brown beer with no head. The aroma is an OK fruity ale aroma. But the flavor is much more powerful, with a nice sweetness of a great maltblend and with only a slight bitterness. A really good beer - next time I don’t want to share it. omhper (10456), Stockholm, Sweden Mar 12, 2003 Bottled. Pours hazy burgundy. Aroma of drued fruit. Complex flavour - caramel, raisins and even coffee. Dryish, but sweeter than their Prior, and also lighter in body. Still it's malty, and with a pleasant soft mouthfeel. The finish is bitter and hoppy. Papsoe (9999), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jun 16, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) Dark amber, with a big, brownish head. Very full-bodied and aromatic from the malts. Some fruitiness and light, sweet caramel - but overall the dryness dominates. Very discreet hops in the finish. 091197 Oakes (6853), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Aug 17, 2004 Reddish-brown colour. Raisiny, yeasty, chocolate malty character. Creamy body with heavy malts and slight flowers. Yeasty, sweet finish. yespr (6406), Copenhagen O, Denmark Mar 29, 2008 33 cL bottle. Pours almost clear amber deep orange with a huge light tan head. Creamy/crispy. Mild yeasty and caramel dense aroma. Flavour is light fruity with a solid caramel malt and light yeasty mellow note. Ends with a smooth caramel malt flavour and a mild spice note.
