On tap at Pint Bokbierfestival 09. Clear amber brown colour, thin off white head. Aroma of malts, light smoke, light fruity and some sourness (seems infected). Flavour is light sour, light smoked, malty, light bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Nice, but too bad of the sourness.

pivnizub (7239) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - OCT 17, 2010
Bottle: Hazy with UFO’s, reddish-amber coloured, stable lacy beige head; sweet fruity and dark-malty aroma, all covered by a heavy vinegarish nose; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, medium bodied; vinous , sweet-fruity and sweet-malty finish. Not a great pleasure, obviously infected- but still drinkable......

Bottle. Brewed with smoked malt, says the label. Dark brown color. Malt, caramel and the slightest hint of smoke in the aroma. Malty sweet caramelly flavor with a hint of smoke and milk chocolate. The smoke is a bit more noticeable in the aftertaste. Medium bodied. Pleasant.
