Bottle 300ml.

Clear dark brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, caramel, shoe polish, dark tobacco. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, oxidide notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111001]

Clear dark red with a small off-white head. Aroma is swwet, malty, caramel and dried fruit. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. 011011

Bottle. Dark brown with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit and caramel. Flavour is malt, caramel, fruit, wood, oxidized and a little toffee.

Bottle @ Autumn Tasting, Ulfborg 2011. Pours cloudy amber with a small white head. Sweet and nutty nose and flavor with a heavy oxidation and dusty note. Medium bodied.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is brown. Aroma and taste are burnt caramel, dried fruits, malt and hops.

Always a little careful when I try something new from this brewery. This beer had a pretty nice smell, but the taste was nothing like it. Fair at best.

Smells pretty good. I was surprised when i tasted it, since the smell i a lot more agressive than the taste.

Medium brown colour. Aroma has hop but also a distinct scent of caramel. Texture is thin. Flavour is a tad sour. Some malt hangs around for the finish but overall this has a sourness akin to a young red wine.

Bottle. Dark brown color. Maple syrup in the aroma. Sweet flavor with caramel, licorice and hints of tobacco. Sticky mouthfeel. Not too bad.
