Piana kremowa, średniopęcherzykowa. Kolor ciemnego bursztynu, prawie nieprzejrzyste. Lekkie zmętnienie. W aromacie nuty chmielowe wymieszane z belgijskimi. Lekko dzikie, ale dość słabo. Czuć amerykańskie chmiele, przede wszystkim cytrusy, lekko słodkawo pachnie. W smaku goryczka, lekko ściągająca. W smaku lekko wytrawne. Pojawia się lekka słodycz, ale nie do końca współgra z goryczką.

yngwie (13767) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - SEP 27, 2014
Bottle. As Asio Flammeus. It’s an unclear, amber colored beer with a dense, finger-thick off-white to light beige head. The aroma is lightly butterscotchy, with a touch of anise. It’s quite thin on the palate, with a nice carbonation level. Caramel tending towards toffee, some butterscotch and anise and a fine bitterness in the flavor. Lasting finish with a fine bitterness and a malty backdrop. More a British bitter than anything else this one. Decent. 140927

Brewda . Pours murkey brown-amber , good white head . Smell is sweet, fruity . Taste is bitter , funky ( is that brett ? ) , fruity . Very nice . Only when arriving home and entering, I saw this was a low ABV IPA , which makes this even more respectable . Uiltje for the new kings of craft ??? certainly looks that way according to what I had today .

Tasted in bottle. Smells of pine and cookie. A very ambery and slightly hoppy aftertaste. Not the greatest, but a good beer to start the night.

Leighton (11348) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 21, 2014
Bottle at home in London - sourced from an online beer shop. Pours clear red-brown with a frothy, off-white head. The nose has toasted and lightly dusty pine, some bread, dried citrus, grass. Light sweet flavor with rindy orange bitterness, dried grass and pine, toasted grains. Light bodied with average carbonation. Lightly sweet on the finish with fairly dry, with further rindy orange, toasted pine, wholegrain bread, beat-up leather, earth. OK.
