Bottle 300ml.

[ As Hettingabier Hanze Dubbel ].
Clear medium to dark amber colour with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, dark pale malt, light to moderate yeasty, light brown sugar. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, malt extract, caramelized malt - sugar, caramel, sweet malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120317]

Bottle @ Mid March Tasting, Ulfborg 2012. Pours ruby amber with a small white head. Yeasty nose and flavor. A bit of liquorice, fruit and caramel. Medium bodied.

Bottle @ FOneFan. hazy amber/orange with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, fruit, caramel and yeast. Flavour is malt, yeast, medium sweet, toffee, dried fruits, little liquorice, caramel and sugar.

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Copper with a small off-white head. Aroma of caramel and brown sugar with a bit of dark fruits. Sweet caramel flavour with dried fruit, licorice, biscuit and a dusty, yeasty touch

lots of white head. Hazy dark amber colour. Nice beer.

Bottled. Hazy nutbrown colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel malts, yeast, earth and some spices. Flavour is lots of malts, some spices and fruits along with alcohol. Quite good balance, but some yeasty notes do their tricks...

Bottled (BB 09/2009). Thanks bierkoning! Murky orange-amber color, steady small beige head. Very yeasty aroma, caramel, some fruity notes. Caramelly, yeasty, some chocolate. Sweetish like many Dutch beers. A bit too yeasty.

Bottle. Light amber color, pours a huge head. Just a light flowery aroma with citrusfruit and lychee. Malty sweet, slightly alcoholic very fruity flavor with peach and lychee. Resembles De Genieter.
