Murky orange-amber color, small white head. Vegetably, slightly banana sweety aroma. Medium-bodied. Yeasty, banana, vegetables. Odd, unbalanced hefeweizen.

30 cL bottle at Arendsnest as Hettinga Ijssel Wit. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity and light estery. Sweet, fruity and mellow yeasty flavoured. Mild bitter, fruity and slight phenolic. Mild fruity finish.

Speaknig and clear medium to light dark amber orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, fully lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, wheat, flowers, moderate to light light heavy yeasty, spicy, soap, yeast, fruity, light coriander. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, spicy, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120318]

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012 - Sunday Madness. Pale amber with a big, bubbly and disappearing head. Aroma of grain, coriander, vegetables and CO2. Sweet grainy and yeasty flavour with a metallic note

Bottle @ FOneFan. Clear amber with big diminishing white head. Aroma is malt, yeast, wheat, fruit and vegetable. Flavour is malt, wheat, yeast, medium sweet, spices and a little caramel.

Bottle @ Mid March Tasting, Ulfborg 2012. Pours cloudy golden with a large white fluffy foam. Yeast , wheat and tart fruit in the nose. A bit of metal and dust. Extremely overcarbonated.

Huge head of foam, almost 90% of the glass. Interesting tastes, some peach and apricot maybe. Slightly better than the total score would suggest. Bottle from Burg Bieren in Ermelo.

Amber colored brew. Served uncooled at a festival. That’s a no no. Sweet aroma, bad taste. Sweet, Yeast. Bah.

Bottled. Hazy orange colour, small head. Aroma is fruits, wood, sour and some mild vegetables and alcohol. Flavour is fruits, yeast, mild vegetables and some sourness from wheat.
