smaken: bruine suiker (medium zoet), medium bitter, medium zuur, donkere fruiten, stevig gemout (aards, geroosterd, caramout), rook, ietwat koffie.

Bottle 0,3ltr: Hazy dark brown with an sweetbitter taste and hints of caramel and coffee, mostly coffee in this case.

Bottle. Caramel and coffee in the aroma. Caramelly sweet flavor with coffee and speculaas. Very low on carbon.

Unclear dark dark red brown colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, caramelized, dusty chocolate - roasted, light to moderate hoppy, leather notes. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, malt bitter, roasted. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20120317]

Bottle @ FOneFan as Zwolse Bok. Very dark brown/red with medium beige head. Aroma is light roasted malts, chocolate, little coffee and caramel. Flavour is light roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, little acid, caramel and medium sweet.

Ulfborg Scooper Smagning 2012. Cloudy dark brown with a big and lasting off-white head. Fruity and yeasty aroma with a bit of caramel. Sweet fruity and yeasty flavour with caramel, brown sugar and licorice

Bottle @ Mid March Tasting, Ulfborg 2012. Pours dark brown with a ruby edge and a creamy head. Tart fruit, glue, ashes and vague coffee. Acidic fruity and ashy flavor. Overcarbonated. Medium bodied.
