pivnizub (9409) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - MAY 23, 2008
Bügelverschlußflasche: Deep golden coloured, bigger, quite quickly collapsing head; moderate but spicy malty-caramelly nose with traces of nuts and a shy grassy hoppy background; moderate to distinctive sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied, not watery at all; well rounded sweetish caramelly finish with a lingering hoppy aftertaste. Pleasant, decent franconian quality.......

MoritzF (8776) - looking for a flat around Munich, GERMANY - APR 19, 2008
(swing top bottle) Clear, amber colour with a medium-sized, slightly off-white foamy head, slowly lacing. Slightly sweet cara-malty, slightly nutty aroma with a whiff of honey and herbal hops. Light-bitter, slim bodied with a crispy carbonation. Soft cara-malty base with nutty and early arriving herbal hoppy accents; dry and moderately bitter finish with a light but present hops character. Nice and quaffable Franconian Landbier (16.04.08).
