Bottle: Clear, copper coloured, mid-sized persistent off-white head; drier light to moderate malty-roasty nose with a delicate bitterness; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied, a bit fizzy; delicate roasty and chocolatey flavours in the drier bitter-sweet finish. Good.....

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, bright amber colour with a medium-sized tanned foamy head. Sweet, slightly nutty and toasty malty aroma with notes of caramel and a tinge of molasses. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Nutty and toasty, also slightly bready malty taste with caramel and molasses, the latter especially towards the sweet and shy hop- and toast-bitter finish. A bit slim and sweet, but nevertheless a decent Dunkel. 09.V.10

Amber/ dark orange, smal lwhite head. Has a nice aroma from malts. Vanilla, toffee and some butter is there as well. Flavor offers a mild maltiness with some butter. Turns bitter late in the finish.

bottle from Toom, Aalen. Clear amber-brown colour, mid-sized off-white head. Aroma of caramel. Mild, caramel and cocoa flavours, slightly hoppy in the finish. Hints of biscuits.

Bottle. Chocolate and molasses malt aroma. Amber color with minimal head. Sweet molasses malt with light grass hops finish. Lighter body.

Dark golden with a fine off-white head. Aroma is basically just malt. Flavor has a nice malt base, just a hint of roast, some caramel and not much hops. A bit sweet, not very exiting but a fine malt flavor.

Bottled(330ml). -Clear amber coloured, small off-white head, light caramel nose. Very poor dunkel. Sweet malty, light caramel and brown sugar taste with some unpleasant herbal notes. Water is dominant here.
