COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask & bottle conditioned; Regular.
Hewitt’s is a new brewery only starting production in November 2010. Based in Essex near Ongar, we are passionate about good beer. At present we only produce one beer as this is the only one we are 100% happy with, but we continue to experiment and there are additional beers coming to our range soon.

Cask (Euston Tap, RBESG2011 Saturday)
Well, pretty simple malty bitter. However, this serving almost tastes keggy, I don’t know why. As the other cask beer I had in the ET also tasted keggy, I think it’s something to do with their delivery mechanism - nitrogen pressure? Anyway, whatever made it keggy killed the hops and left me with just a rich malty ale.
