COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
American Pale Ale profumata e leggera...

Bottle, bought @ a small Wine Shop in Peschiara, Italy.
Pours clear copper with a large, staying, creamy, white head. Lovely aroma of apricot, peach, roses, heather, light caramel base. Medium carbonation, fine creamy and very dry mouthfeel. Flavour has caramel, soft doughy. Lots of hops, resiny, peach, pine. Very heavy bitterness in the finish. Very good, very bitter!

Pours a hazy light brown with a small beige head. Bitter with some dry sweetness. Quite hoppy with floral aromas. Fresh. Medium bodied. Medium to soft carbonation.

courtesy of Anna Casablanca - cloudy dark amber-orange colour under a solid pale beige foam left; nice lace; a solid hoppy aroma with notes of almonds and earth; medium to full malt backbone; a fair astringency and a solid bitterness; long earthy and very aromatic bitter hoppy finish - very nice beer

Attractive shaped bottle drunk at home, with peace pipe smokin’ label, from BQ, Milan. Murky burnt orange pour with a fading beige head. Aroma had a good fruity character, predominantly citrus, but maybe some orchard fruit and spice lurking also. Sweet malt spine and earthy hop bitterness in the flavour predominated, with the bitterness lingering well into the finish. Pretty good stuff.
