Murf_Dog (2), Waterford, Michigan, USA does not count Mar 4, 2008 On tap at Brewery/Restaurant
This should probably be re-classified as an Old Ale.
Claims to be a blend of four individually brewed ales.
Rich roasted malt flavor, lightly hopped.
Pours a deep dark brown with tan head that dissipates quickly leaving nice lacing on side of glass.
Don’t leave the place without trying this one! Sledge Jr (2705), Omaha, Nebraska, USA Feb 28, 2007 on tap. brown/clear dark amber beer with medium off-white head. nose: slight toasted/hopped. perhaps toasted crystal malt? low degree lovibond. flavor has some heat, nutty, caramel. ale yeast with elements of a steam beer. very good finish.
