Burrobuns (71), Columbia, Missouri, USA Apr 23, 2007 Surprisingly good. I only ordered it b/c the waiter only thought there were about 4 beers on tap (wtf?) when i asked him what they had. Flavor is predominantly raspberry, but like the others have said, it is not overly sweet while still having a good fruit flavor. could do with having a more full-bodied beer underneath, but overall quite good. kitschy (124), Nebraska, USA Feb 28, 2007 on draft. a delightful vision of dark pinkness, with wonderful berry aroma and lasting berry flavor. not painfullly sweet, and free of the odd seed-y flavors that often accompany berry beers. Hops make an impression; add some oomph to the flavor. A real winner in the world of fruit beers. Sledge Jr (2705), Omaha, Nebraska, USA Feb 28, 2007 on tap. a wheat beer aged with oregon raspberries and blackberries. on tap. A mauve/cranberry punch color with a bright white head. Missouri’s version of the red beer found in Nebraska? A wonderful berry aroma. Flavor is a berry/hop sandwich, akin to a radler. finish has good lingering flavor, with no off seed flavors.
